At season end, keep recurring customers in the customer book and mark future service as seasonal pause. Next spring we can contact existing customers before spending money finding new ones.
Before public launch: hosting/HTTPS, spam protection, notification delivery, privacy policy, backup checks, and payment handling only through a proper payment processor.
Also: keep CJ’s private phone/email/home address off the public website. Customer communication should remain parent managed.
